parent note fail.
You can add the word "fail" to the end of anything to describe that something did not go well. For instance, if I am walking my dog and in the process I accidentally kick him causing him pain, you could say "dog walking fail".
So, "parent not fail" is referring to the note that was written to the parent.
just like you can say "note spelling fail" in response to my previous comment.
