is this a ready made project? (I need to figure out how to upload photos from my new phone, so it may be a while before i post)
I saw something like this in a store, and so I just nailed bookends on my wall to reproduce. (So…where's everyone else's posts?)
so the bottom book is physically attached to the wall on a stud through a side panel or something? I imagine there is a weight limit, no?
No, it's balanced on a metal bookend that's attached to the wall.
ah! But i see no brackets. How is the bookend attached?
With screws. I can show ya sometime. Its not a very sturdy bookend either—it's likely to bend and break. Well: there's a chance. So far, so good.
if there weren't previous photos showing the line thing on a wall, i'd just think you set these up on the floor and took a picture. magic!
